Introduction to the 16th Century Reformation

The 16th Century Reformation changed the course of Church history. Many dedicated men and women sacrificed their lives in order to spread the truth of the Gospels throughout Europe. Others were not aware of their contribution and others still were opposed to the changes but their actions helped to bring the Reformation into place.

People were imprisoned and died for Christ. There is something about a born-again person that brings a commitment and dedication unto death. We see this in the early church (Book of Acts) and we saw this in the 16th Century Reformation. In fact if a person is not committed and dedicated to the Word of God, then they are probably not born-again!

This is a brief introduction to the Reformation. Our aim is to identify the main participants involved and to stir your hearts to read more about these Christian heroes. Please request additional information on people that you are interested in and we will send you what we have.
